How do I create my Galleon account?

Click the “Sign Up” button and fill in the required details: email, password, and a few more basics. You’ll receive a verification email shortly after: click the link inside and your account is ready.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Head to the “Sign In” page and click “Forgotten Password”. We’ll send a recovery link straight to your inbox so you can set a new one. If you run into any trouble, drop us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get it sorted.

Can I add a different currency to my account?

Yes. Go to your “My Account” page, select “Add Currency”, and pick your preferred option from the drop-down menu. That’s all there is to it.

Can I open a second Galleon account?

No. Each player is allowed one account only. If you need help accessing an existing one, our support team is always on hand.

Is my personal data safe at Galleon?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to keep your information secure, and your privacy is something we take seriously; not just something we say.

Are the games fair?

How do I upload my documents — and how can I track their status?

Go to your profile and open the “Documents” tab. Files must be under 2MB and in one of the following formats: PDF, GIF, JPEG, JPG, BMP, PNG, or TIF. Once uploaded, we’ll review them and verify your account. You can check the status at any time from the same “Documents” tab.

Can I temporarily close my account?

Yes. You can self-exclude for a set period directly from your profile, or contact our Support Team via Live Chat or at [email protected] — they’re available 24/7 and will take care of it promptly.
