Players have one of the 10 levels in the Galleon Loyalty Program. The levels change when a certain number of Status Sea Points is reached.
- 1 Status Sea Point equals €50 in real money bets in Slots.
- 1 Status Sea Point equals €100 in real money bets in other games.
- 1 Redeemable Sea Point equals €100 in real money bets in Slots.
- 1 Redeemable Sea Point equals €200 in real money bets in other games.
- Players also receive 1 Status Sea Point for every €20 deposited.
The loyalty rewards are structured as follows:
- Level 0 – Rookie: 0–25 Status Sea Points. No reward. No special offers.
- Level 1 – Deckhand: 26–499 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €1,300 in real money bets. Ongoing benefit: 3% Daily Cashback up to €50, wager x20.
- Level 2 – Sailor: 500–999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €25,000 in real money bets. Ongoing benefit: 4% Daily Cashback up to €100, wager x15.
- Level 3 – Boatswain: 1,000–1,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €50,000 in real money bets. Ongoing benefit: 5% Daily Cashback up to €300, wager x15.
- Level 4 – Quartermaster: 2,000–5,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €100,000 in real money bets. Ongoing benefit: 6% Daily Cashback up to €500, wager x10.
- Level 5 – Commander: 6,000–14,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €300,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €150 cash bonus, wager x30. Ongoing benefit: 7% Daily Cashback up to €700, wager x10.
- Level 6 – Captain: 15,000–29,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €750,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €250 cash bonus, wager x25. Ongoing benefit: 8% Daily Cashback up to €900, wager x10.
- Level 7 – Commodore: 30,000–74,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €1,500,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €350 cash bonus, wager x25. Ongoing benefit: 9% Daily Cashback up to €1,000, wager x5.
- Level 8 – Rear Admiral: 75,000–149,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €3,750,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €750 cash bonus, wager x15. Ongoing benefit: 10% Daily Cashback up to €1,500, wager x5 + 3% Daily Rakeback.
- Level 9 – Vice Admiral: 150,000–199,999 Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €7,500,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €1,000 cash bonus, wager x10. Ongoing benefit: 11% Daily Cashback up to €2,000, wager x5 + 3% Daily Rakeback.
- Level 10 – Admiral: 200,000+ Status Sea Points. To reach this level, the player needs a minimum of €10,000,000 in real money bets. Reward upon reaching: €1,500 cash bonus, wager x10. Ongoing benefit: 12% Daily Cashback up to €3,000, wager x5 + 3% Daily Rakeback.
Cash bonus duration is 7 days. Maximum win from cash bonus is x1 the bonus amount.
Daily Cashback
The Daily Cashback is calculated using the following formula: Cashback amount = (Total successful deposits – Player’s balance – Total processed cashouts – Total pending cashouts) × Cashback percentage / 100.
- Minimum cashback amount: €10.
- Cashback activation duration: 3 days.
- Cashback duration: 7 days.
- Cashback is credited from 02:00 UTC to 04:00 UTC.
Daily Rakeback (3%)
The Daily Rakeback is available at Levels 8, 9 (Rear Admiral, Vice Admiral) and 10 (Admiral). Players receive 3% of the specified house edge back on real money bets across all casino games.
- Wagering requirement: x1.
- Minimum rakeback amount: €1.
- The rakeback amount is automatically added to the player’s account once the required minimum is reached.
- Rakeback is credited from 02:00 UTC to 04:00 UTC.
Redeemable Sea Points – Redemption Rates
Players can exchange Redeemable Sea Points for cash bonuses at the following rates:
